Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics majoring in international capital markets. Completed executive education training on the London School of Economics in the area of corporate finance and strategy.

Studied in Poznań University of Economics and ESSCA in France majoring in corporate strategy and economic policy. Completed numerous executive education trainings in the area of corporate finance, strategy and negotiations.

Frank studied German, French and European Law, before starting his professional career in German ministerial administration.
He has extensive knowledge of the Luxembourg financial industry, having first worked in the country in 2005. By 2008 he was appointed to executive positions in Luxembourg and Germany at a leading international trust, corporate and fund administration services provider.
Frank has extensive transactional experience as a result of his many years of practice in the industry.
